The day of/month of package is geared towards the do-it-yourself client who wishes to take on the planning of their event themselves. We will step in to ensure that the day of the event runs seamlessly and that every little detail you planned gets perfectly executed, so that you can enjoy every moment. We will work with your pre-selected vendors to ensure your plans are executed with care.
Pre-Planning:
- Initial meeting to discuss your plans including expectations and vendor contracts
- Two in-person consultations beginning one month prior to your wedding day, one of which is a site visit to the venue
- Unlimited contact by phone or e-mail beginning one month prior to your wedding day
- Ceremony rehearsal attendance and supervision to ensure all parties understand their role and responsibility
- Detailed itinerary outlining all events for your day and distribution to all wedding vendors
- Take over as main point of contact for day of wedding ensuring all timelines are met
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate
- An assistant planner will be provided along with the lead planner
Ceremony:
- Placement of programs and ceremony items
- Review any special seating arrangements with ushers
- Ensure delivery and distribution of all bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.,
- Coordinate bridal party procession
- Cue musicians
Reception:
- Ensure all décor aspects are set up accordingly
- Placement of gift table, favours and seating cards
- Supervise set up of contracted vendors
- Audio equipment check for speeches and run of flow to ensure your entrance is in place
- Review timeline with DJ or master of ceremonies (includes: arrival and entrance, first dance, toasts, bouquet toss, cake cutting, etc.)
- Greet any last minute guests and ensure they find their seat
- Access to Bridal Emergency Kit (Includes items like stain remover, sewing kit, pain relievers, etc.)
